Udaan Credit is looking for energetic, target-oriented Telecalling Sales Executives who are confident in handling a high volume of leads and are genuinely motivated to earn through incentives.
We are looking for someone who can handle pressure, stay patient with customers, follow up consistently, and convert leads into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage incoming/outgoing loan leads.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.
- Regularly follow up with interested customers.
- Handle customer objections professionally and patiently.
- Maintain proper lead and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Work towards maximizing sales and incentive earnings.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in loan/financial product telecalling preferred.
- Candidates from Personal Loan, Business Loan, Credit Card, Insurance or similar sales backgrounds are preferred.
- Aggressive & confident freshers can also apply.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and high call volumes.
- Patience and strong follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Strong zeal to earn incentives and grow with the company.
