Job Title: VMC Programmer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled VMC Programmer with practical experience in CNC/VMC programming and Siemens Controller. The candidate should have positive knowledge of NX and AutoCAD and be able to understand engineering drawings, select appropriate tools, and develop efficient machining programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and modify VMC/CNC programs as per component drawings.
- Work on Siemens CNC Controller.
- Create and modify programs using NX CAM.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Select suitable cutting tools, inserts and machining parameters.
- Optimize machining cycles to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for accurate component machining.
- Identify and resolve programming or machining-related issues.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality as per drawing requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of CNC programs and revisions.

Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.

Ideal Candidate: A technically strong candidate who can independently handle VMC programming, understand drawings, and optimize machining processes.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
