Job Description – Tele Sales Executive

**Position:** Tele Sales Executive

**Department:** Sales

**Working Days:** 6 Days a Week

**Working Schedule:** Sunday is a working day. Employees will get **1 weekly leave between Monday to Saturday**.

*Job Responsibilities*

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

* Explain company products/services and generate sales leads.

* Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

* Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Handle inbound calls & customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.

* Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.

* Maintain good relationships with customers.

*Requirements*





* Valuable communication and convincing skills.

* Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

* Hindi and English communication skills preferred.

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

* Basic computer knowledge.

Working & Leave Policy

* **6 working days per week.**

* **Sunday will be a working day.**

* **1 weekly off is allowed between Monday and Saturday.**

* Weekly off will be scheduled as per business requirements and team availability.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
