Supervisor – Civil & Electrical Works + Marketing

M/s Day and Night Company is looking for a responsible and hardworking Supervisor for handling Civil & Electrical Works, Site Operations and Marketing/Field Activities.

Supervisor – Civil & Electrical Works / Marketing & Site Operations

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor civil construction, repair, renovation and maintenance works at site.
- Supervise electrical installation, repair and maintenance works.
- Coordinate with skilled workers, labourers, electricians, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Check daily work progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications and instructions.
- Take measurements and assist in preparation of BOQ, quantity calculations, material requirements and site reports.
- Maintain daily site attendance, labour deployment, material consumption and work-progress records.
- Ensure proper quality of workmanship and timely completion of assigned works.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants and department officials whenever required.
- Visit different project sites and inspect ongoing works.
- Handle field work, site visits and client coordination.
- Support the company in marketing and business-development activities, including visiting offices, institutions, contractors, consultants and potential clients.
- Identify new work opportunities, tenders, maintenance contracts and private/commercial projects.
- Collect project information,



coordinate with prospective clients and submit information to the management.
- Assist in tender-related field enquiries and collection of site/project details.
- Purchase/arrange required materials and coordinate deliveries when instructed.
- Prepare and submit regular updates to the management regarding site progress, requirements, problems and new business opportunities.
- Handle other responsibilities assigned by the company management.

Required Qualification

- Candidates with relevant practical site experience may also apply.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience preferred, particularly in civil construction, electrical works, renovation, maintenance or government/contractor projects.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Civil & Electrical site work
- Basic knowledge of quantity measurement and construction materials
- Ability to manage labour and subcontractors
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Willingness to travel to different project sites
- Basic MS Excel / Word knowledge
- Two-wheeler driving licence preferred
- Should be energetic, responsible and willing to perform both site and field/marketing work

Important: This position requires a person who is comfortable handling both technical site supervision and field/marketing activities. The candidate should be willing to travel and take responsibility for day-to-day site operations.
