About Us:
Samatva Nurturing Futures is a multidisciplinary child development and therapy centre supporting children with Autism, ADHD, Speech Delay, Developmental Delay, Learning Disabilities and related conditions. We provide structured therapy programs including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Special Education in a protected and child-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach all academic subjects to children with special educational needs using individualized and activity-based teaching methods
- Plan and conduct individual and small-group learning sessions
- Adapt lessons and teaching methods according to each child’s cognitive, academic and developmental level
- Work with children having autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, learning difficulties and developmental delays
- Develop individualized learning goals across subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies
- Use visual aids, hands-on activities, worksheets and multi-sensory teaching techniques
- Support children in developing academic, communication, problem-solving and functional learning skills
- Prepare individualized worksheets, teaching materials and learning activities




- Assess student progress and maintain lesson records and progress reports
- Coordinate with special educators, occupational therapists, speech therapists and other professionals as required
- Communicate with parents regarding the child’s academic progress and suggest appropriate home-learning activities

Eligibility Criteria:

- Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree is mandatory
- Teaching experience preferred; experience working with children with special needs will be an advantage
- Strong academic background and ability to teach across multiple subjects
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential
- Ability to simplify and adapt academic concepts according to the child’s learning level
- Good communication skills and ability to engage children
- Patient, empathetic, creative and child-friendly approach
- Willingness to learn and use individualized and activity-based teaching methods

Working Hours:

- Part-time / Full time: 4-8 hours per day

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
