Role Description:
At HOBFIT, we are looking for a hands-on and target-driven Talent Acquisition Executive who can manage bulk hiring, candidate screening, interview coordination, and closures in a fast-paced startup workplace.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and non-IT roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and other recruitment portals.
- Screen candidates effectively based on role requirements.
- Manage bulk hiring and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate and conduct 10+ in-office interviews per day.
- Follow up with candidates and drive offer discussions and ensure candidates join on time.
- Take ownership of closing assigned positions within 15 days.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure quick closures.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of recruitment experience, preferably in IT and non-IT hiring.
- Hands-on experience with job portals.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and high-volume screening.
- Comfortable carrying own device for work (Laptop)
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Faridabad, Haryana 121003: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
