Key Responsibilities

- Handle maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of EOT, Gantry, and Remote-Controlled Cranes.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, control, and operational issues in cranes.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth and safe crane operations.
- Inspect crane components including motors, brakes, gearboxes, limit switches, panels, hoists, ropes, and control systems.
- Monitor and maintain remote-control crane systems and troubleshoot operational faults.
- Ensure proper functioning of Gantry Crane systems and related equipment.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown records.
- Coordinate with external technicians/service providers whenever required.
- Follow all prescribed safety procedures and crane maintenance standards.
- Ensure minimum downtime and maximum equipment availability.




- Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, or relevant technical trade preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in EOT/Gantry Crane maintenance.
- Practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical crane systems.
- Knowledge of remote-control crane systems, panels, motors, brakes, hoists, and limit switches.
- Ability to troubleshoot breakdowns independently.
- Good understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious with good problem-solving skills.
