Experience in Medical Field (Hospital Sales/Critical Care/Respiratory/Surgical Consumables/ Ventilators)

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Keep abreast of current product launches and ensure sales team
- members are on board
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to
- ensure brand consistency
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Lead territory wise sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Negotiate and close agreements with Corporate Hospitals
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
