Job Description: Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to design, implement, enhance, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in HR processes and hands-on technical experience with Oracle HCM integrations, reports, data migration, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR stakeholders.
Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules
Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend Oracle best practices.
Configure approval workflows, security roles, and business processes.
Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production stabilization activities.
Provide functional documentation, process flows, and user training.

Technical Responsibilities

Develop and support HDL (HCM Data Loader), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports and Dashboards, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, REST/SOAP APIs
Perform data migration, conversion, and reconciliation activities.
Design inbound and outbound interfaces with third-party systems such as Payroll, AD, SAP, ServiceNow, and Benefits platforms.
Troubleshoot integration, reporting, and security issues.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades and impact assessments.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Requirement gathering and workshop facilitation.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.

Experience

8+ years of overall IT experience.




Minimum 6+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Experience with end-to-end implementation, support, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
Experience working with global HR processes and multiple geographies preferred.
