We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CCTV Implementation Technician to install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CCTV installation, networking, cable laying, troubleshooting, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission CCTV surveillance systems, including IP and Analog cameras.
- Perform site surveys and recommend suitable camera placements.
- Install and terminate Cat6, Cat5e, Fiber Optic, and Coaxial cables.
- Configure NVRs, DVRs, IP Cameras, and Video Management Software (VMS).
- Configure remote viewing through mobile applications and web browsers.
- Install and configure PoE switches, network switches, and wireless devices.
- Mount cameras, junction boxes, racks, and related accessories.
- Test camera angles, image quality, recording, and playback functionality.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) visits.
- Prepare installation reports, service reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with customers during implementation and provide user training.
- Ensure installation follows company standards and safety guidelines.
- Travel to customer locations for installation and support whenever required.
- Maintain company tools, testing equipment, and inventory.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems (IP & Analog).
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, DHCP, Static IP).
- Experience with NVR, DVR, PoE Switches, Routers, and Wireless Bridges.
- Cable laying, crimping,



testing, and cable management.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and power supplies.
- Ability to troubleshoot networking and surveillance issues.
- Familiarity with access control, biometric, intercom, and PA systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to read network and installation diagrams.
- Positive communication and customer handling skills.

Educational Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in CCTV or Networking are preferred.

Experience

- Fresher to 3 Years in CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Experienced candidates with enterprise surveillance systems will be preferred.

Salary

- As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
