We are looking for a skilled and experienced Front Desk Executive / Guest Relation Executive.

Guest Relations Executive (GRE) – Aesthetic Clinic

Experience: 1–2 years in hospitality, healthcare, beauty/wellness, or customer service preferred

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to be the first point of contact for our aesthetic clinic. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments, coordinating with doctors and the sales team, and ensuring a smooth and premium patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist patients/guests visiting the clinic.
- Handle front-desk activities and patient enquiries.
- Manage appointments, confirmations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists and the sales team.
- Ensure patients are guided properly throughout their clinic visit.
- Handle patient queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.




- Maintain accurate patient/appointment records in CRM.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and visits.
- Coordinate with the telecalling/sales team for lead and appointment conversion.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming clinic environment.
- Support the clinic team in day-to-day operational activities.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Robust customer-service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Experience in an aesthetic clinic, hospital, salon, hotel or premium customer-service role will be an advantage.
