Key Responsibilities
Team Leader – Manpower Outsourcing
Visit clients and develop strong business relationships.
Generate recent manpower outsourcing projects and new clients.
Understand client manpower requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and project coordination.
Lead and manage the recruitment/operations team.
Ensure timely manpower deployment and client satisfaction.
Follow up with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in Manpower Outsourcing, Business Development, Staffing, or Client Handling.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead a team and achieve business targets.
Willingness to travel for client visits.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
