What You’ll Do:

- Lead a high-performing backend team focused on building scalable and secure systems

- Own architecture, design, and execution of core lending services

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Business teams to define and deliver on the roadmap

- Build a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement

- Drive high-quality releases with robust monitoring, reliability, and CI/CD practices

What We’re Looking For:

- 10+ years of backend development experience in Java/ Node.js / Python or equivalent2+ years of experience in managing engineering teams

- Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and distributed architecture

- Experience with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB), messaging queues, caching, etc.

- A track record of delivering complex backend platforms in a fast-paced environment

Bonus:

- Experience in fintech or regulated domains

- Exposure to large-scale transaction processing systems

- Familiarity with cloud infra (AWS/GCP) and modern DevOps practices
