Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Floor Supervisor (Trainee) to join our dyeing production unit in Perundurai. This is an entry-level position perfect for freshers who want to build a career in the textile and dyeing industry. No prior experience is required; complete on-the-job training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior supervisor in managing daily floor operations and production targets.
- Monitor machine operators and helpers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track fabric movement across different stages of the dyeing process.
- Help maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline on the production floor.
- Report daily production outputs and material usage to the plant manager.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
