Developer (.NET) Experience: 4-8 Years Location: Offshore Project: Enterprise Vulnerability Remediation Program

Role Summary

Looking for a .NET Developer with strong coding and troubleshooting skills to support a large-scale vulnerability remediation program. The role focuses on fixing identified security vulnerabilities, performing code changes, unit testing, and supporting secure application development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Remediate security vulnerabilities identified through Snyk and related tools.
Implement code fixes following secure coding standards.
Perform impact analysis and unit testing for application changes.
Support code reviews and security assessments.
Work closely with Senior Developers and Security teams.
Update application dependencies and frameworks to supported versions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.
Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted coding tools to improve remediation efficiency.
Prepare technical documentation and remediation reports.

Knowledge/experience in IaC code using Terraform for Azure services is a big plus
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Security Knowledge

Vulnerability remediation concepts

Exposure to tools such as:
Snyk
SonarQube
Veracode
Fortify

AI Skills

Exposure to GitHub Copilot or other AI coding tools.
Ability to use AI-based recommendations for code remediation and refactoring.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise applications in AMS environments.
Knowledge of CI/CD deployment processes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.
Agile/Scrum exposure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using .net, azure, and c#.
2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
3. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
4. Contribute to the architecture and design of software applications,



ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
5. Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance application performance.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies in the microsoft ecosystem and recommend innovative solutions to enhance product offerings.
7. Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure seamless project delivery.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in .net framework, azure services, and c# programming language.
2. Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with azure cloud services.
3. Experience in leading and mentoring development teams in a quick paced agile environment.
4. Solid knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and code quality standards.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
6. Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
7. Prior experience in full stack development and working with databases such as sql server or nosql databases.

Other Requirements
1.Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification is preferred but not mandatory.
