We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales and develop the market for our cement products in Raipur and surrounding areas. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and other key customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer/dealer network.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Coordinate with distributors/dealers to ensure product availability.
- Promote company products and communicate product perks to customers.




- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on market activities.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies regarding pricing, credit, sales, and collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in cement, building materials, construction preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Raipur market and nearby areas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to undertake regular field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
