Position: QC Engineer
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical

Job Responsibilities:

- Inspect incoming raw materials and components as per drawings and specifications.
- Perform in-process and final inspection of manufactured parts/products.
- Check dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and specifications.
- Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and rejection reports.
- Identify defects and coordinate with Production for corrective actions.
- Perform First Piece Inspection (FPI) and process inspection.
- Handle customer/vendor inspection requirements when required.
- Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.
- Support Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, 5 Why, and 8D activities.




- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Design teams to resolve quality issues.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of Mechanical Inspection and Quality Control.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and inspection documentation.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and tolerances.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001/QMS.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
