- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with Clinical Data Management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms and enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes within regulated environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
