Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational teaching skills, excellent communication abilities, and the patience and creativity to make learning engaging and meaningful for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Classes I to V as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, activities, and assessment materials.
- Use creative, activity-based, and digital teaching methods to develop strong foundational concepts.
- Assess students' learning and provide timely feedback and individual support.
- Develop students' language, numeracy, communication, creativity, and social skills.
- Maintain classroom discipline, attendance, academic records, and student progress reports.
- Create a safe, inclusive, positive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and development.
- Participate in PTMs, staff meetings, workshops,



assemblies, school events, and co-curricular activities.
- Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. (as per CBSE norms).
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and educational technology.
- Creative, patient, caring, and child-friendly approach.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to students' academic and holistic development.
