Looking for an experienced and trustworthy Farm Manager to independently manage the day-to-day operations of an agricultural farm.

Key Responsibilities:

● Planning and managing crops from sowing to harvesting.

● Managing farm labour and daily work allocation.

● Supervising irrigation, fertilizers, pesticides and crop health.

● Managing tractors, machinery and farm equipment.

● Purchasing and maintaining records of farm inputs.

● Coordinating harvesting, storage and sale of produce.

● Maintaining farm expenses, production and sales records.

● Ensuring security and proper maintenance of the farm.

● Identifying opportunities to increase yield and profitability per acre.

Candidate: Preferably experienced in commercial farming, hardworking, trustworthy, technically knowledgeable and capable of independently managing the entire farm.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
