About the Role

The Esthetic Clinics (TEC) is looking for an experienced, confident and well-presented Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Kandivali centre.

The ideal candidate should have a solid personality, excellent communication and leadership skills, and preferably a background in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, dermatology or healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the Kandivali centre.
- Lead and supervise front office, counselling, clinical and support teams.
- Ensure smooth patient journey from enquiry and consultation to treatment and follow-up.
- Coordinate closely with doctors, surgeons and clinical teams.
- Drive centre revenue, consultation bookings, treatment conversions and patient retention.
- Monitor leads, appointments, follow-ups and conversion performance.
- Ensure high standards of patient experience, hospitality and service quality.
- Handle patient concerns and escalations professionally.
- Maintain operational discipline, SOP compliance and centre hygiene standards.
- Monitor daily centre KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, finance and management teams.
- Ensure proper documentation, billing coordination and inventory control.
- Support the centre in achieving monthly business and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience,



preferably in a surgical, aesthetic, cosmetic surgery, dermatology or premium healthcare centre.
- Prior experience managing a surgery-focused centre/hospital/clinic will be strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of patient counselling, consultation workflows and surgical patient journeys.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Pleasant, confident and professional personality.
- Strong commercial and business acumen with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage teams and handle multiple responsibilities independently.
- Comfortable interacting with HNI/VIP and high-value patients.
- Strong problem-solving and escalation-management skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM, patient management and basic reporting systems.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
