Job Description

- Handling complete import documentation process
- Coordination with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders
- Managing shipment tracking and delivery schedules
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and import compliance
- Preparing and verifying invoices, packing lists, BOE, and other import documents
- Coordination with CHA, transporters, and warehouse team




- Maintaining records of import transactions and shipment status
- Ensuring timely clearance and cost-effective import operations
- Positive communication and negotiation skills required
- Candidate should be professional, responsible, and experienced in handling import operations independently

We are looking for a good professional candidate with strong industry knowledge and practical experience in import procedures.
