Operations Management

- Own the end-to-end sea freight operations cycle — from DO collection and port coordination to final delivery
- Establish clear workflows and accountability across the operations team Monitor dwell times, transport turnarounds, and operational performance; identify and address delays before they escalate Build and maintain SOPs for critical operations processes

Client Communication

- Set and enforce standards for proactive client communication across all active shipments.
- Ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and consistent updates at every stage of the operations cycle Act as the escalation point for operational issues raised by clients; resolve with speed and ownership
- Work closely with the CS cluster to ensure documentation and operations hand-offs are seamless

Transportation Coordination





- Oversee transport planning and execution for all import and export consignments Manage relationships with transport vendors; ensure service levels are met and alternatives are always available.
- Drive cost awareness in transport decisions without compromising on client commitments.

Team Development

- Assess the team's strengths and develop them deliberately Coach the team on communication standards, accountability, and operational discipline.
- Take an active role in hiring decisions as the function grows

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
