We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HR processes and systems, along with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Payroll & Compliance Management
- ESI and PF generation and management.
- Accurate and timely payslip generation.

- Recruitment & On boarding

- Offer letter and appointment letter generation.
- Handling internal hiring processes.
- Managing on boarding and joining formalities.

- Employee Engagement & Retention

- Implementing employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and satisfaction.
- Developing strategies to manage employee retention and minimize attrition.

- Performance Management

- Coordinating performance appraisal processes.

- Attendance & Exit Formalities

- Monitoring employee attendance.
- Managing exit formalities, including resignation changes.

- HRMS Management

- Proficient in using HRMS platforms to streamline HR functions.

- Additional HR Activities

- Supporting internal hiring initiatives.
- Contributing to employee-related policy improvements.





- In-depth knowledge of employee retention strategies and attrition management.
- Experience in generating HR-related documents such as offers, appointment letters, and payslips.
- Familiarity with HRMS software and systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively.
- Local candidates from Bangalore are preferred.
