Job Title: BIM Manager – F&B; / Retail / Fit-Out Projects

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM operations for a growing Architecture, Design, and Fit-Out organization. The role will focus on F&B;, retail, restaurant, hospitality, and commercial fit-out projects, while supporting both existing and external client projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the BIM team, including BIM Architects and BIM Modelers.
- Manage BIM delivery for F&B;, retail, restaurant, hospitality, and fit-out projects.
- Establish and maintain BIM standards, workflows, templates, and quality controls.
- Oversee development and coordination of architectural and multidisciplinary BIM models.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues with design and MEP teams.
- Review BIM models, drawings, documentation, and project deliverables for quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, project managers, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage BIM deliverables, timelines, resources, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to BIM team members.




- Coordinate with Saudi-based teams and support international project requirements.
- Continuously improve BIM processes and implement industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 8–12 years of BIM experience, with proven experience managing BIM teams.
- Strong experience in F&B;, retail, hospitality, restaurant, and fit-out projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC, and related BIM tools.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and MEP coordination, clash detection, and BIM standards.
- Experience handling multiple projects and delivering within strict timelines.
- Solid leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with GCC/Saudi projects is highly preferred.

Ideal Candidate

A strong BIM professional who can lead the BIM team, manage project delivery, maintain technical quality, and coordinate effectively with international teams. Experience in multi-outlet F&B; and retail rollout projects will be a significant advantage.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
