About the Role

We are looking for multiple Founder’s Office Interns to work across strategy, institutional partnerships, sales, outreach, community management and special projects.

The role involves working on multiple priorities and taking projects from research and planning through execution. You will also be responsible for building relationships with academic institutions in an assigned region.

What You'll Do

- Build relationships with colleges, universities and Training & Placement Cells
- Identify and reach out to relevant institutional decision-makers
- Support institutional sales, partnerships and onboarding
- Build and manage student communities and campus ambassador programs
- Conduct market, competitor and business research
- Support workshops, events and other student initiatives
- Work on strategy and new business projects
- Prepare presentations, proposals and reports
- Track outreach, partnerships, projects and follow-ups
- Manage multiple priorities and drive assigned projects to completion

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with recent people and senior stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and research skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Proactive and organised approach to work
- Strong interest in startups, business and entrepreneurship

Preferred Qualifications

Any experience in the following is a plus:

- Entrepreneurship or building something independently
- Sales, business development or outreach
- Partnerships or institutional engagement
- Community building or event management
- College clubs, leadership roles or student initiatives
- Research, presentations or market analysis

Prior internship or work experience is not mandatory.
