Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration Management (CM).
- Strong knowledge of version control systems and change management processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software configuration issues.
- Ability to coordinate with development and operations teams to implement configuration changes.
- Familiarity with automation tools to streamline configuration management tasks.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Configuration Management (CM).

- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
