Job Summary

WebSenor is looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager with around 2 years of experience to join our team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects successfully while ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within defined timelines and requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Define project milestones, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, resources, budgets, and deadlines.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear status updates.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across project teams.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates for management and clients.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations.




- Follow Agile/Scrum practices and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives where applicable.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in an IT/software development environment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of software development life cycles and project management processes.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools is a plus.
