Our trainer network ensures access to guided fitness right inside residential communities & online, with health tracking and nutrition built in. We're incubated at Razorpay Rize and expanding society by society. You'd be one of our first hires — the person who helps us grow faster.
What You'll Own:
1.Lead Conversion
Turn WhatsApp leads and trial attendees into paying members. Follow up relentlessly, answer questions, book trials, close. This is the heartbeat of the role.

Help launch new societies — coordinate trial sessions, spread the word in community groups, and get the first batch off the ground.

3.Trainer coordination
Keep our freelance trainers scheduled, informed and supported — the day-to-day glue that keeps batches running smoothly.

What kind of person we are looking for:
- A natural people-person and closer -You enjoy talking to strangers, you don't take "let me think about it" as a no, and rejection doesn't rattle you.
- Fast and reliable on WhatsApp & phone - You reply quickly, follow up without being told, and never let a lead go cold.
- Organised enough to be trusted with the detail— payments, schedules, follow-ups. You're the type who keeps a list and works it.
- Hungry and self-driven - You want to earn based on results and grow with the company, not clock hours.
- Presentable and mobile — comfortable visiting societies and meeting people in person when needed.
Bonus Points (Not Essential)
- A genuine interest in fitness, health or wellness — you'll be more credible talking to our members and trainers.
- Any past experience in sales, tele-calling, customer support, or community/event work.
- Comfortable in English and Hindi; a regional language (Kannada) is a plus.
- Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are welcome — attitude beats years of experience here.
The Deal:
- Pay : Modest fixed base + uncapped incentives on every conversion.
- The upside : Your income grows directly with your results. Robust performers earn well above a fixed junior salary.
- Work style : Hybrid — a mix of on-ground society visits and remote WhatsApp/phone work.
- The real perk : A front-row seat in an early-stage startup, working directly with the founder, learning growth, sales and operations from scratch.

- We are not profitable yet, hence most likely our fixed salary will be below your expectation (we'll make it up eventually!). Is it fine with you?
- This is not a desk job. Some days you'll need to call 30–50 prospects, follow up with existing leads, meet customers, coordinate with trainers or create a new product.... Are you comfortable doing it?
