Position Summary
We are seeking an HR & Operations Executive to independently manage the complete human resources function and support core business operations. The role carries direct ownership of recruitment, policy administration, and employee relations, reporting to the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals), candidate screening, high-volume calling during active drives, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding documentation
- Administer attendance and leave policies through the company payroll application, including violation tracking and issuance of formal communications in line with defined policy, applied uniformly across all levels
- Act as the first point of contact for all employee queries, leave requests, and grievances; escalate to management only through structured weekly summaries or genuine exceptions
- Maintain complete HR documentation: offer letters, appointment letters, records, exit formalities, and asset acknowledgments
- Support operations:



vendor and subscription payment tracking, invoicing follow-ups, statutory compliance calendar coordination, and a weekly operations report to the Founder

Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years of HR experience with hands-on, full-cycle recruitment exposure
- Demonstrated ability to administer policy consistently and communicate difficult decisions professionally
- Strong written documentation habits; proficiency in English and Hindi
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

- IT or software industry recruitment experience
- Familiarity with HRMS or payroll platforms
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources

Selection Process
Screening call → practical assessment (CV screening and communication exercise) → final round with the Founder. Offer released within 48 hours of final-round clearance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
