MedMap Medical Services LLP is a Kozhikode-based healthcare education and services platform dedicated to the professional development of BAMS (Ayurvedic) doctors across India.

About the Role

Twelve months in, you'll have built a reliable personal pipeline of BAMS doctors across our full course catalog, be closing enrollments consistently from both fresh leads and long-cycle follow-ups, and have earned a reputation among doctors as someone who explains the courses honestly rather than just pushes a sale.

What You'll Do

- Own daily follow-up on fresh and existing leads across WhatsApp, calls, and messages — logged and tracked consistently in our CRM sheet
- Guide BAMS doctors through course options , fees, and accreditation details, matching the right program to each doctor's goals
- Convert fresh leads into enrollments and re-engage cold or hesitant leads with genuine, informed follow-up rather than generic reminders
- Represent MedMap's differentiators — especially our offline clinical postings — clearly and credibly in every conversation




- Flag stalled or high-value leads to your manager for escalation rather than letting them go quiet

What We're Looking For

Required:

- 1+ years in sales, or admissions counseling — education, healthcare, or a comparably consultative sales setting
- Comfortable with high-volume daily outreach (calls, WhatsApp, messages) and consistent CRM/data logging
- Clear, confident spoken and written communication in English and Malayalam and Hindi preferred.
- Resilience with a long, sometimes multi-week sales cycle — not every lead converts in one call

Preferred (nice to have):

- Experience selling into the medical, healthcare education, or AYUSH sector
- Familiarity with BAMS, Ayurveda, or the broader AYUSH education landscape
- Prior experience carrying a personal enrollment or revenue target

Compensation & Benefits

[Base salary range] + performance-based incentive on enrollments.
