Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive for our perfume and fragrance store. The candidate will assist customers in selecting fragrances, explain product features, maintain store presentation, and achieve sales targets while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the store
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable perfumes/fragrances
- Demonstrate fragrance notes, usage, and product benefits
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Handle billing, POS operations, and cash transactions
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
- Manage stock availability and coordinate replenishment




- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

Requirements

- 0–3 years of retail sales experience preferred
- Experience in perfume, cosmetics, beauty, luxury retail, or fashion is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with customer-service attitude
- Basic computer/POS knowledge
- Ability to work versatile retail shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
