About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who has a passion for storytelling. The ideal candidate should be able to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos that capture audience attention and increase viewer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit videos based on creative briefs and content requirements
- Create engaging, story-driven content using effective cuts, pacing, transitions, sound, and text
- Ensure videos align with current trends and monthly content plans
- Suggest creative ideas to improve engagement and watch time
- Collaborate closely with the content creator/team to bring concepts to life
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing
- Robust storytelling and editing skills with good visual sense and pacing
- Experience in creating viral or high-performing content is an added advantage
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Good communication and teamwork skills
