Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues in two-wheelers.
- Carry out and supervise vehicle inspection, servicing, repair, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all repair and service work is completed according to manufacturer standards.
- Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Guide technicians in identifying and resolving complex technical problems.
- Prepare accurate job cards, service reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and the Service Manager for smooth job flow.
- Explain technical issues and repair requirements clearly to customers when required.
- Ensure timely completion of service and repair jobs.
- Identify repeat complaints and take corrective action to improve service quality.
- Follow all safety procedures, workshop standards, and company policies.
- Maintain proper usage and care of workshop tools and equipment.
- Support warranty-related inspection, documentation, and claim procedures.




- Keep updated with new models, technologies, technical updates, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler service or a related field preferred.
- Robust knowledge of two-wheeler mechanical and electrical systems.
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet service timelines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
