- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI-driven software solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Solid knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices in application design.
- Ability to integrate AI models with existing systems and workflows effectively.
- Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks commonly used in AI application development.
- Capability to analyze and optimize AI model performance within software applications.
