We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives (Freshers) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn and build a career in sales.
## Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
* Contact potential customers and explain the company’s products/services.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
* Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
* Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
* Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.
## Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Confident and presentable personality.
* Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
* Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
