Design Engineer – Sheet Metal

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in Sheet Metal Design. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Creo and good knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop sheet metal components and assemblies using Creo.
- Create 3D models and detailed 2D manufacturing drawings.
- Apply GD&T;, tolerances, bend allowances and DFM principles.
- Develop designs considering manufacturing feasibility and cost.
- Modify existing designs based on production and engineering requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and other departments.
- Support prototype development and design improvements.




- Ensure designs meet quality and manufacturing requirements.

Requirements

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Sheet Metal Design.
- Creo experience is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, engineering drawings and tolerances.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Candidates with 30 days or less notice period / immediate joiners preferred
