Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on system support priorities.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AIX System Administration.
- Experience with system performance tuning and capacity planning in AIX environments.
- Strong knowledge of shell scripting and automation to optimize system management tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues involving hardware, software, and network components.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures specific to AIX systems.
- Understanding of security best practices and patch management within AIX platforms.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AIX System Administration.

- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
