About the Role:

We are seeking a Video Editor Intern / Junior Video Editor who aspires to build a career in professional video editing.

You will work on podcasts, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos and client projects while learning through real-world work, training and regular feedback.

What You'll Do

- Edit short-form videos/Reels and long-form videos
- Edit podcast and interview content
- Add captions, music, sound effects and basic motion graphics
- Follow editing briefs and deadlines
- Make revisions based on feedback
- Maintain quality and consistency across projects

What We're Looking For

- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar editing software
- Valuable understanding of cuts, pacing, captions and transitions
- Good understanding of English and basic spoken English communication
- Ability to understand editing instructions and communicate with the team in English
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Creative mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication and discipline
- Ability to complete work within deadlines

Compensation & Work Structure

First 3 Months – Probation

- ₹5,000/month stipend
- 5 days a week at our Agra-based workspace
- First 15 days of dedicated training and mentorship
- After training, hands-on work on real projects with continued guidance and feedback

After Successful Completion of 3-Month Probation

- ₹10,000/month salary
- Hybrid work model:
- Monday & Tuesday: Work From Home
- Wednesday, Thursday & Friday:



Agra-based workspace
- Further growth and salary progression based on performance and responsibilities
