We are excited to announce the opening of our new pizza restaurant and are building our kitchen and café team from the ground up. Join us at the very start and be part of a fresh, dynamic team.

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our kitchen and café team across the following roles:

Position & Salary Range (in thousands)

Captain : 15,000 – 20,000 per month

Kitchen Helper : 10,000 per month

Steward : 10,000 – 15,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to lead and support the front-of-house team and ensure smooth, efficient, and friendly service. The Captain will be responsible for coordinating service, attending to guests, maintaining service standards, and supporting the restaurant team during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a skilled and friendly manner
- Coordinate and supervise service staff during daily operations
- Take and accurately communicate guest orders to the kitchen and beverage team
- Ensure food and beverages are served correctly and according to restaurant standards
- Monitor table service and ensure guests receive prompt and attentive service
- Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints professionally
- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and properly set
- Coordinate with the kitchen and barista/beverage team to ensure smooth service
- Check food presentation and service quality before serving where applicable




- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Handle POS and cash transactions accurately where required
- Support staff during peak hours and ensure efficient table turnover
- Maintain proper knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and available products
- Monitor stock levels of service items and report shortages to the supervisor
- Ensure restaurant hygiene, food safety, and service standards are followed
- Train and guide junior service staff where required
- Report operational issues, guest feedback, or equipment problems to the manager

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain, Supervisor, Senior Waiter, or similar role preferred
- Experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service and customer handling
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and customer-service orientation
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally
