About Position:

We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable and high-performing solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, UX teams, and developers. This role requires strong technical capabilities in application development, integrations, UI implementation, and team leadership to drive successful digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do:

- Primary function will be core development of OutSystems web applications in a fast paced environment using Water Fall/Agile methodology.




- He/She as an OutSystems developer should be comfortable interacting with different groups within the technology and within different business areas to understand the User Experience (UX) goals of business requirements, provide clients with relevant feedback relative to pros/cons of development course.
- Understand how to match existing user interface (UI) guidelines to meet requirements within the OutSystems platform.
- Should be able to lead and direct few OutSystems developers should have experience and comfort with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and think through logical next steps Ability to do basic data modeling and enforce proper referential integrity constraints
- Understanding of best practices for web application security Proficiency in web based languages (JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML)
- Proficiency with Oracle SQL Proficiency with ASP.NET Proficiency with web services (REST and SOAP) Proficiency with OutSystems Service Studio Integration Studio.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8-12 years of experience in application development, including significant hands-on experience with the OutSystems platform.
- Strong expertise in OutSystems Service Studio and Integration Studio for enterprise application development.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable web-based applications using OutSystems.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams while ensuring delivery excellence.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong knowledge of User Experience (UX) principles and implementation of responsive user interfaces.
- Expertise in web technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with REST and SOAP web services, API integrations,



and enterprise application connectivity.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, and referential integrity principles.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and database optimization techniques.
- Exposure to ASP.NET and enterprise application development frameworks.
- Knowledge of web application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and application support.
- Ability to provide technical guidance on architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments.
