- Coordinate rapid turnaround of RFP responses, technical proposals, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, AI/ML, product, DevOps, and architecture teams to align execution.
- Support delivery of AI-driven solutions including Generative AI, NLP/LLMs, RAG pipelines, analytics, and enterprise automation systems.
- Act as a key coordination point for enterprise and government-facing projects, ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal execution.
- Establish structured reporting, documentation, dashboards,

and operational processes to improve execution efficiency and delivery predictability.

Qualifications and prerequisites:
- 8+ years of experience in technical project/program management, technology delivery, or a related field.
- Proven experience delivering AI/ML, Generative AI, data, or digital transformation projects from POC through implementation/production.
- Extensive experience working with Government organizations, Ministries, PSUs, or public-sector clients in a client-facing project/program delivery capacity.
- Robust experience managing senior Government stakeholders, translating business/policy requirements into technical solutions, and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong technical understanding of AI/ML technologies, data platforms, cloud, APIs, and modern technology architectures.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, developers, architects, and vendors.
- Exposure to Government RFPs/tenders, SOWs, technical proposals, procurement processes, SLAs, compliance, and project governance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across complex projects.
- Experience in e-Governance, Digital India, public-sector technology, or large-scale Government digital transformation initiatives will be highly relevant.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, NLP systems, cloud platforms, or enterprise AI workflows.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, GitHub, SharePoint, or project tracking platforms.
- Understanding of RFP processes, technical proposal preparation, and solution documentation.
- Exposure to AI governance, compliance, security,

and responsible AI frameworks is a strong plus.
- Experience working with distributed engineering and product teams.
