About the Role

CogniAI is hiring a Healthcare Business Analyst – US Healthcare RCM to support our AI-powered Revenue Cycle Management platform, CogniRCM.

This is a Healthcare IT / Product role, not a Medical Billing or BPO Operations role. We are looking for candidates who have worked in Healthcare Software, EMR/EHR, RCM Product, or Healthcare IT companies and have a strong understanding of U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze end-to-end U.S. Healthcare RCM workflows
- Gather and document business requirements
- Prepare functional specifications and user stories
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and AI Engineers
- Participate in workflow design and product enhancement discussions
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for healthcare software features
- Create process flow diagrams and business documentation
- Support product implementation and configuration activities
- Validate AI-generated billing and coding recommendations
- Identify automation opportunities within the revenue cycle process

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
- Knowledge of Patient Registration, Insurance Verification, Medical Billing, Claims Processing, Payment Posting, Accounts Receivable,



and Denial Management
- Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance
- Experience in Healthcare Software / Product / IT companies
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Experience

- Healthcare Product Analyst
- RCM Business Analyst
- Healthcare Implementation Consultant
- RCM Functional Consultant
- Healthcare Application Specialist

Experience with Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Kareo (Tebra), AdvancedMD, Waystar, Availity, Office Ally, or Change Healthcare is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant Healthcare IT / Product / RCM Software experience
