Mechanical Maintenance Technician – Job Description

Position: Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain and repair conveyors, rollers, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and drive systems.
- Inspect, replace, and maintain bearings, shafts, couplings, belts, and mechanical components.
- Carry out routine equipment inspections and identify potential failures.
- Attend emergency breakdowns and restore equipment operation quickly.
- Maintain maintenance records and follow scheduled PM activities.
- Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and maintenance standards.
