OS upgrade and printer support Installation, configuration Troubleshooting of hardware, software with Desktop Systems / Laptops, Printers, Scanners etc. Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network related issue. Cabling, crimping, testing, configuring and troubleshooting the LAN connections Knowledge of CCTV, EPBX Computer Backup and restoration Knowledge of O365, Teams and OneDrive. Experience in online/remote support. Hands on experience in networking. Hands on green field project for networking and CCTV. Asset Management Backup Policy Knowledge of OT devices.
