Terradeus Residences Pvt Ltd is developing a premium gated villa community in Kondoor, near Erattupetta, and we are looking for an Accountant to join our site office team at Kondoor.

Requirements
- B.Com graduate with good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience handling accounts in a construction or real estate company.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and Tally ERP 9, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Positive interpersonal and communication skills.
- Trustworthy, honest, responsible, and reliable.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with the site team, vendors, and management.
