GTS Technosoft is hiring enthusiastic HR Recruiters to join our growing team! We welcome candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience who are passionate about Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring requirements.
- Prepare and share offer letters with selected candidates.
- Manage attendance for various client sites and ensure timely submission within deadlines.
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate Fun Friday activities.
- Manage offer rollouts and complete onboarding documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
Eligibility:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 year of experience in recruitment & operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals.
- Experience in IT Networking Industry.
