We’re Hiring – Hyderabad

We are currently looking for motivated individuals for the following position:

Online Sales & Customer Support Executives | 2 Positions

- Manage website orders and online customer enquiries
- Handle Instagram and WhatsApp conversations
- Manage high-volume customer communication
- Handle and convert customer enquiries into orders
- Manage wholesale enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls
- Explain pricing, MOQ,



fabric quality and product details to wholesale customers
- Follow up with customers and close wholesale orders
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English preferred
- Comfortable handling calls, Instagram and WhatsApp
- Ability and willingness to adapt to new tools, technologies, and responsibilities as the business grows, including AI-based image creation, website management, and other new tasks introduced by the company.

Location: Hyderabad | In office

We are looking for responsible, hardworking and customer-focused individuals who want to grow with a fast-growing fashion and textile brand.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
