As an Information Technology Specialist, you bring a cutting-edge blend of innovation, a results-driven approach, and a fervor for advancing technological solutions to our dynamic IT team. Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in steering our technology initiatives to new heights.
Provide hands-on technical support to hotel teams, resolving hardware and software-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network and system infrastructure.
Monitor and respond to IT service requests, adhering to service level agreements and providing excellent customer service.
Support the installation and configuration of new hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Assist in user training and documentation to ensure proficient technology usage by hotel staff.
