In the role of Maritime Data Analyst, reporting to the Customer Experience Lead, you will provide first response to customer queries related to vessel data, AIS data and methodology, complex ownership structures, as well as sanctions and compliance risks, working closely with other research teams to ensure the queries are answered within agreed SLAs. The Maritime Data Analyst will primarily investigate company and vessel ownership structures,



vessel characteristics & movement patterns, as well as maritime areas & facilities. They are expected to gain a broad understanding of Lloyd’s List Intelligence data and products, and most importantly how these benefit our customers. Within the remit of this role there is a key focus on resolving multiple daily client queries and delivering on Data Quality programmes across several data areas in a timely manner, as well as exploring ways to improve efficiency and processes to increase the timeliness, coverage and accuracy of data delivered to customers.
